Service Agreement for Educational Booklet Design
Scope of Services
iCan Social provides design services for educational booklets based on client specifications. This includes:
- Custom design work according to the details provided by the client.
- All edits within the agreed-upon scope.
- Delivery of the completed booklet via Canva, allowing the client to make future edits independently.
Exclusions
- Printing and Physical Production: iCan Social does not provide physical printing services and cannot guarantee that designs are compatible with specific printer requirements (e.g., specialty finishes like gold printing). The booklets are designed for optimal digital presentation.
Payment Terms
- Non-Refundable: Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
- Additional Pages: This Agreement covers up to 20 pages per booklet. If the booklet exceeds 20 pages, a charge of £14.99 per additional page will apply.
By proceeding with the service, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
